Show your screen to Homlystay

Our staff member sees your phone screen, talks to you right in the app and tells you where to tap. They cannot press anything on your phone.

Install the app (only once)
ആപ്പ് ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യുക (ഒരു തവണ മാത്രം)

  1. 1Press Install the app above. If Chrome asks, press Download anyway.

  2. 2Open the downloaded file. If the phone says "not allowed", press Settings, switch on Allow from this source, and come back.

Share your screen

  1. 1Come back to this page and press Open Homlystay Help, or open the app and type the code our staff member gave you.
    ഈ പേജിൽ തിരികെ വന്ന് Open Homlystay Help അമർത്തുക, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആപ്പ് തുറന്ന് സ്റ്റാഫ് തന്ന കോഡ് നൽകുക.
  2. 2Press Start sharing. When it asks to record audio, press Allow (so we can hear you). Then press Start now (it may say Start or Share screen).

  3. 3Talk to our staff member right in the app and do what they say. No phone call is needed.

Your privacy

  1. 1Only Homlystay staff see your screen and hear you, and only while you share. One staff member guides you. Nothing is recorded. You can turn your microphone off in the app at any time.

  2. 2Do not open bank apps, UPI PINs or OTP messages while sharing. (Bank and UPI apps show black anyway.)
    ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ബാങ്ക് ആപ്പ്, UPI PIN, OTP മെസ്സേജ് തുറക്കരുത്.
