What Homlystay does
Homlystay makes and hosts a website for your stay with a booking form, an owner page and optional extras. Guests book directly with you and pay you directly; Homlystay takes no commission and does not handle guests' money.
Price
The website is ₹1,500 a year, from the day it goes live. If Homlystay's first WhatsApp or SMS message to you named a date, ₹1,500 holds for a website that goes live by that date; after it the price is ₹2,500 a year, and your bill says which price applies. Extras such as Google search + SEO pages or the "Guests on Instagram" page are ₹500 each. You receive a bill before each paid year. If a bill is not paid, the website can be switched off; nothing is deleted when it is switched off.
Accounts book
The Accounts book is ₹1,000 a year: on its own at homlystay.com/accounts, or switched on inside a Homlystay website's owner page. A year is billed when it is switched on, and each next year 7 days before it starts. Switched off within 24 hours of switching it on, its bill is cancelled. If an Accounts bill is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, writing new entries can pause until it is paid; what is already written stays visible and can be downloaded. The book is for your own records: it is not a tax return, and your accountant files any returns you need.
Your part
You confirm that the rooms, prices, photos and texts on your website are true and that you have the right to use the photos. You answer your guests and honour the bookings you confirm.
Google Maps listing
If you add Homlystay as a manager of your Google listing or sign in with Google, you allow us to put your Homlystay website address on that listing. The listing stays yours, and you can remove Homlystay at any time. See the privacy policy.
Limits
We work to keep websites running, but cannot promise they never go down. We are not a party to the stay between you and your guest.
